Bunk Hotel Utrecht

Amazing hotel with reliable wi-fi, friendly staff, and a cool bar. I'll never forget how they helped me find my lost barrette during my first stay. I recommend trying the delicious food.

everything was impressive, including amazingly kind staff and fantastic location right in the center of utrecht. i was on a trip and booked queen room with several beds and extra space plus large bags. location: the hotel was very close to the centre as well as train station and central village.

Bunk hotel has a fantastic location close to cafes, the train station, and shops. The building is fine, created from an old church, which makes it unique. The breakfast concept is nice, and the staff is super friendly. Guests mentioned the cleanliness of the rooms, too.

Unique hotel in an old church

Unique design of the old church creates a distinct ambiance that enhances the experience. The lockable drawer under the bunk provides a secure spot for storing small luggage.

Rooms are definitely on the small side, and the layout could use a rethink. For instance, the sink jammed into a corner under clothes hooks doesn't make sense, and without adequate towel hooks, you're left fumbling for a place to hang your towels. Plus, I noticed a definite lack of sound-proofing. Noise from the vibrant dining area made it tough to catch some Z's, especially if you have an early start. Lastly, the heating situation in the bunk was not ideal, causing a bit of discomfort during the night. Oh, and access to the top bunks? Not the most graceful experience thanks to that awkward ladder.

the room was kinda small,, but the shower was great, the wifi was fast, and there were plenty of tv channels to choose from. overall, it was a decent stay with some good features.

I had a cozy stay in a Compact Room, and I loved how clean everything was – it felt like a little luxury getaway! The lounge area was perfect for relaxing, and the game room was a fun surprise for some downtime. The room was a bit cold at night, but overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back! 😊

I had a great time with the comfy pods that felt private and included a nice fluffy towel! The food options were fantastic, especially the breakfast, which was well prepared. And let’s not forget the self-service check-in experience which was super convenient!

The bed was comfortable and the cool lighting system in the pod added a nice touch. If you want a quiet night, try to avoid the pods near the bar area.

The unique church conversion offered a fascinating atmosphere . The kids loved the vibrant bar area. Being a short walk from main attractions made exploring the city super convenient for our family.

In my wife's opinion, the rooms could benefit from better soundproofing, especially during lively evenings at the bar.
